၁။ ကျွန်ုပ်တို့ စုဆောင်းသော အချက်အလက်များ
YCTA App ကို အသုံးပြုရာတွင် အောက်ပါအချက်အလက်များကို စုဆောင်းနိုင်ပါသည် -
- ကိုယ်ရေးအချက်အလက်: အမည်၊ ဖုန်းနံပါတ်၊ ယာဉ်မောင်းလိုင်စင်နှင့် မှတ်ပုံတင်အချက်အလက်များ။
- တည်နေရာအချက်အလက် (Location): ခရီးစဉ်များကို တိကျစွာ ခြေရာခံရန်နှင့် ခရီးသည်များအား သင့်တည်နေရာကို ပြသနိုင်ရန်အတွက် အက်ပ်ကို အသုံးမပြုဘဲ နောက်ကွယ်တွင် ဖွင့်ထားစဉ် (Background) မှာပင် တည်နေရာအချက်အလက်များကို စုဆောင်းပါမည်။
- ယာဉ်အချက်အလက်: ကားနံပါတ်၊ အမျိုးအစားနှင့် ကားဓာတ်ပုံများ။
အထူးသတိပေးချက် (Location Usage):
ကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် တည်နေရာအချက်အလက်များကို သင်သည် Online ဖြစ်နေချိန်နှင့် ခရီးစဉ်အတွင်း (During Trip) တွင်သာ စုဆောင်းပါသည်။ အကယ်၍ သင်သည် Offline ခလုတ်ကို ပိတ်ထားပါက မည်သည့်အချက်အလက်ကိုမျှ စုဆောင်းခြင်း လုံးဝပြုလုပ်မည်မဟုတ်ပါ။
၂။ အချက်အလက်များကို အသုံးပြုပုံ
- ခရီးစဉ်များကို စီမံခန့်ခွဲရန်နှင့် အနီးဆုံး ခရီးသည်များနှင့် ချိတ်ဆက်ပေးရန်။
- ခရီးစဉ်အကွာအဝေးနှင့် ကြာမြင့်ချိန်ပေါ်မူတည်၍ ဈေးနှုန်းမှန်ကန်စွာ တွက်ချက်ရန်။
- အရေးပေါ်အခြေအနေတွင် SOS စနစ်ဖြင့် အကူအညီပေးရန်။
- ဝန်ဆောင်မှု အရည်အသွေး မြှင့်တင်ရန်။
၃။ အချက်အလက် မျှဝေခြင်း
သင့်အချက်အလက်များကို ခရီးသည်များအား ခရီးစဉ်အတွင်းသာ (ဥပမာ - အမည်၊ ဖုန်းနံပါတ်၊ ကားနံပါတ်) ပြသပေးမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး အခြားပြင်ပအဖွဲ့အစည်းများထံ ရောင်းချခြင်း လုံးဝပြုလုပ်မည်မဟုတ်ပါ။

- Camera/Storage: ကိုယ်ရေးမှတ်တမ်းနှင့် ကားဓာတ်ပုံများ တင်ရန်။
- Phone: ခရီးသည်များနှင့် တိုက်ရိုက်ဖုန်းခေါ်ဆိုရန်။
- Notifications: ခရီးစဉ်အသစ်များအား အသိပေးရန်။

Important Note (Location Usage):
We only collect location information during the trip and while you are in the online stage. If you switch to offline, we do not collect any information.
2. How We Use Information
- To assign nearby bookings and manage trip workflows.
- To calculate fares accurately based on distance and time.
- To provide emergency support via the SOS feature.
- To verify driver identity and maintain platform safety.
3. Data Sharing
We only share necessary details (name, plate number, phone) with passengers during an active trip. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
4. Permissions Used
- Location: For trip tracking and dispatching.
- Camera/Storage: For uploading profile and vehicle documents.
- Phone: To allow direct calls with passengers.
- Notifications: To alert you of new booking requests.
